Class Name: Learn Fair Isle Knitting and cutting a Steek
Class Date: Fridays March 16th and 23rd
Class Hours: 10:15 – 12:15pm

Skill Level: Experienced Beginner and up
Class Description: Fair Isle knitting is a method of working with 2 or more colors in a project to create a patterns. Steeking is a method of continuous work in the round and cutting the work to make openings. We will be using the pattern: Steek This Coffee Cozy by Rachel Henry
Pattern: Steek This Coffee Cozy by Rachel Henry
What skills you should have: You should know how to knit, purl, cast on, bind off, and be comfortable knitting in the round with double points or magic loop.
What skills you will learn: How to create a pattern that is only visible when viewed from certain angles.
Homework: Please have yarn wound before class if needed.
