Legacy
Legacy is a non-superwash yarn grown, spun, processed, and dyed in the US from 100% Shaniko wool. Shaniko wool comes from Merino and Merino/Rambouillet sheep raised in the Western US and is the only fully traceable, certified wool in North America!
The Shaniko flock is raised and tended to on a small collection of ranches, most of which have been family-owned and operated for generations. The passion for the land and sheep that these ranchers have is expressed in their efforts to achieve and maintain their Responsible Wool Standard certifications.
Currently Available in 4 weights with DK coming later this summer.

Legacy is a soft, bouncy base with a lot of energy so your stitches will have fantastic definition making cables and textures really pop! I've already started knitting the Artus Shawl with it and I can see this will be one of my very favorite go to yarns! --Terry
