Join us for the 4th annual Sierra Nevada Yarn Crawl September 12th - 15th 2024!
Always a fun event with beautiful scenery, fabulous food, and tons of activities besides visiting the participating shops!
Each participating shop will have special patterns & yarns just for Yarn Crawl. Plus there will be tons of swag and other goodies not to mention drawings and prizes!

We have some exciting events planned in our shop!
Thursday evening September 12th from 5-7pm we will have a Yarn & Wine tasting and Britt-Marie Designs Garment Trunk Show. The yarns we will be tasting are two brands new to Yarn Refuge, Ito and Pascuali. Britt-Marie's designs are in these yarns. The wines will be from Course & Wale. This event is free. We would appreciate an RSVP so we have some idea who will be attending.
Thursday & Friday only we are pleased to have a return of Christine Gill and her gorgeous handmade jewelry.
Thursday - Saturday Nick and Brandy from The Plucky Knitter will be on hand to answer questions and entice you with some Plucky yarns we don't carry everyday.
Sunday, please join us to relax and unwind by knitting a hat as we promote the new TNNA project of the month for September - Make A Hat Day! Our very own Alex Frankel will be on hand from 12-2pm to give tips and tricks for knitting any of her hats, especially her newest hat, designed in Plucky's new Legacy DK - Eirys Hat which has matching fingerless mitt pattern available too.
