Plucky Knitter Primo Fingering Sierra Wildflowers LYS 2023

We gave three hand dyers this photo as inspiration for an LYS Day color. Sierra Wildflowers on Primo Fingering base is what Nick and Amy at Plucky came up with! They really focused on the riot of color this super bloom brought to this high mountain meadow. We’ve also chosen some complimentary nearly solid colors to pair with it!

The fabric that the Primo base makes is so luxurious! It has a nice round twist along with a generous amount of cashmere. The Merino content makes it a great option for colorwork, texture, cables, and lace. It has the perfect amount of drape when used for shawls and garments and is also perfect for hats, mitts, socks, and more!

Colors will appear slightly softer than a 100% merino because of the cashmere content, but still vibrant.
